Please keep in mind that deleting your game account data will also mean deleting the data we have gathered about your game account, including any in-game purchases or event achievements. We retain a copy of your deletion request. Banned device IDs are retained to ensure compliance with our terms of service. And that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
After you submit the form, this process could take up to 30 days, and after your game account data has been removed, it cannot be recovered. However, you can reset the game to Stage 1-1 and begin again if you choose to play.
