We realize that some players may have experienced difficulty accessing the game due to the recent Android 14 update. To address this inconvenience, we would like to compensate players who were unable to access the game for a period of time.

If you received the Android 14 update before Version 1.5.0 of [HeroDino: Idle RPG] and had difficulty accessing the game, please send us an email through the in-game "Help" feature. We'll use your game ID to compensate you for the time you were unable to access the game. In addition, please attach a screenshot showing the Android version of your device.

[2023.11.17] Dino points for existing product purchases before the 1.4.1 update are delivered to the in-game mailbox on 2023/11/17 based on criteria below. Please check your in-game mailbox.

• Products that can be purchased only once(Remove ads, Auto-buff) : The number of Dino points that are indicated in each product are delivered.
• Products that can be purchased multiple times(Daily/Weekly products, Package products, Dia) : For each product, Points are awarded up to two times. (ex: If you bought the Daily Dice Package three times before the 1.4.1 update, points equivalent to 2 purchases are delivered.)
• Products that are currently discontinued. : Points are delivered based on the product price. ▼ Users whose game ID has changed may not have received Dino points. If you purchased a paid product before the 1.4.1 update but did not receive Dino points according to the criteria above, please send your previous game ID and payment receipt to [email protected]. ▼ Delivered Dino point can be received until 23:59:59 on December 31, 2023.

• 판매 종료 상품 : 금액에 맞춰 디노 포인트 지급 ▼ 게임 ID 변경 이력이 있는 유저의 경우, Dino points 지급이 이루어지지 않았을 수 있습니다. 1.4.1 업데이트 이전에 유료 상품을 구입했으나, 우편을 통해 Dino points를 받지 못하신 분은 [email protected]으로 이전 게임 ID와 결제 영수증을 보내주시기를 바랍니다. ▼ 이번에 지급된 Dino points는 2023년 12월 31일 23시 59분 59초까지 받으실 수 있습니다.

Solved - [2023.11.14] We're updating to 1.4.1 ver. this week with the following content.

1. Mileage(Dino Points) price error fix Some users are currently seeing incorrect prices for mileage(Dino Points) products on their screens, so it will be fixed on 1.4.1 ver.
2. Mileage(Dino Points) payment criteria fix Mileage(Dino Points) will be awarded in proportion to the exact payment amount.
3. Mileage(Dino Points) name change The mileage name will be changed to "Dino Points".

※ We are now in the process of discussing the payment of "Mileage(Dino Points)" for existing product purchases. After the payment criteria is finalized, we will send out points with a mail to in-game Mailbox.
